What happens after my free Trends preview?
After you sign in and save a quiz search, you can start one 7-day Trends preview. It includes 30 days of recorded history for current matching units, where available. After seven days, Pro keeps the trend pages active and adds 90-day comparisons. Your saved searches and free matches remain available. We do not charge you automatically.
What does Average Rent Pro cost?
$7.99 a month, or $79.99 a year ($6.67 a month, 17% less than paying monthly).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your Whop account. No contract, no cancellation fee.
How does Pro turn on after I pay?
Pro is tied to the email you check out with. Signed in with that email, it turns on within a minute of payment. Otherwise, sign in with that email and it is on.
What stays free?
Every city, neighborhood and building page with current prices and building rent history, 15 days of each unit's history, price checks on up to 5 apartments, and the weekly price report.
Will Pro negotiate with my landlord or guarantee a lower rent?
No. You use the price history and listing details to prepare your own request. A landlord decides whether to change the rent, fees or move-in offer. We show asking prices, not confirmed signed lease amounts.
Can you help if I do not know the neighborhood?
Yes. The free area finder compares areas by your budget, bedroom count, move-in timing and priority. Choose lower rent, more space, more options or distance to a destination ZIP. Pro adds filters and price research after you have your matches.
Do you offer bulk data or an API?
Yes, as a separate product. The Data API serves rent history by city, ZIP and building for apps and research. See the Data API.
